What it should not require is insider access, inherited networks, or fluency in political jargon.We believe leadership is built through lived experience, service, and accountability. Readiness does not have to look like a traditional political résumé — but it does require seriousness, integrity, and a willingness to learn.We believe people who step up to run for office should understand the responsibilities of governing, the rules that shape campaigns, and the communities they seek to serve.
